Travertine is formed by nature, making every piece unique.
Natural pores, small cavities, tonal variations, mineral markings, and subtle changes in pattern are inherent characteristics of genuine travertine and are not considered defects.
These variations are intentionally preserved as part of the material's architectural character.
The natural variation is the design.

If you receive damaged item please make sure you take pictures of the damaged item and of the box and shipping label and you send me a message here on Etsy with the pictures attach to it. You have 48 hours after receiving the box to send the pictures. I will refund or replace damaged item only for order were pictures were received in the first 48 hours after receiving the box.
